Not bad
The graphics could use a little work, and the controls seem a little laggy. It needs some kind of a story to it. Good idea though. Tweak a few things and im sure in the end it will be a good game.

Use A/S keys or Left/Right arrow keys to select one of the six colored buttons to load a colored blob in the gun. The color of this blob must be the same as the color of the enemy.
Move the cursor using the mouse. Click the mouse to fire the colored blob at the enemy and kill it.
If the enemy hits the gun the game ends. Continue playing the game till you lose.

could use better graphics, and the gold/yellow zombie doesnt seem to die.

I did not find any problem. You have to select correct color.

For the next version you could make a spinning dial to show the colours. (I hope, you can understand that.) And the traces are not necessary.
