good start, but needs work

As others have said, making the target move, or getting a different score for the different rings of the target would make this more interesting. Plus, beginner is spelled wrong. Good start though, I'm sure you can make a better shooting game using this base.

this game is very repetitive. the graphics are quite horrid and i got all the way up to 1000 points and didnt rank up. i suggest making the ranking a little easier to get and mak it harder as you go on, as in adding smaller targets and making them fly away if you dont kill them fast enough. this has potential, but as it is, it will eventually die off.... 3/10

i think you could have done better but eh keep trying think of way to add to it increase the speed make the targets move or something and of course what everybody likes upgrades would be nice

Suggestion

I gave you two stars under the assumption that you are a beginner flash developer. But please, if you are a beginning flash developer don't make us who view millions of flash every day with much higher quality than this sit through your attempt at a game.

If you play a couple games on here and get the feeling that yours isn't suitable than keep it to yourself and try to make something better. If it's hard for you to make flash that others would feel good about, keep trying for a while and then maybe switch to doing something different.

Eh..

Boring nothing much to do. Too simple. Try moving targets , targets disappear after some time or fast. Graphics and objects look good drawn and stuff. Maybe have something to like defend. And make the targets have some sort of weapon or attack power. Or a certain defense for each target. Upgrades would be nice too
