Pretty Good.

It's a pretty good step-by-step tutorial on making buttons in Flash, and the content's all good, but I'd work on the design a bit more.
It's all very well telling people how to do something, but if the design's not up to scratch, then the viewer's eyes wander away from what you're trying to teach them. For this reason, I'd suggest reading a bit about design, and getting aquatinted with the basics of it
Other than that, keep it up.

I've seen this loads of times before. There is no new information in this at all.
Also, if you wanted to be taken seriously I would try making some flash before teaching others how to.
