Here's a tip, coming from a piano player. Interaction helps.

Try incorporate an inbuilt piano system that lets the user play the songs, sure it won't be anything like the piano itself but with easy songs like this it isn't so much about finger coordination as much as it's about remembering the small notes.

False teaching.

This may teach people how to play piano with your tabs, but these people will eventually need to learn how to read notes. you should at least throw something about that in there. Maybe a little music theory.
