Wow you really capture the feeling of Defender, when i played this i didn't read the description, and when i started the game that game came into my memories :) Well done Sir

I'm just about old enough to remember "Defender" when it was considered to a be one of the hottest arcade games around - I have fond memories of playing it down the local chippy, so I thought I'd indulge my nostalgia and have a go at making my own version..... I reckon it ain't too shabby for a first attempt, but it really needs the "radar" from the original.... If I get a reasonably good response I'll put that into version2......

A fun game!
The graphics are great, the audio is pretty good, and it's a nice little timewaster. My only complaint is that there's a problem with flying diagonally and shooting at the same time - Flash seems to lock up when there's more than two buttons being pressed. Maybe do a little Actionscript research to see if there's a way around that. It's evident you've put a lot of effort in to this game though, so there's no faulting you there. Well done :)
Too difficult
On top of the bad controls the game overall was pointless and difficult. Could be improved upon. The mujsic was also kinda annoying.
