Frog Batting

You hit frogs with a baseball bat as they jump at you.

It's all just a timing game.

We are working on a full game with lots of levels, bosses and bonus stages. There will be more enemies and you will be able to move in all sorts of directions.

Try to get all 20 cause if you do something special comes.

Nice use of multiple objects in this baseball game maybe next installment add more colors to the frogs

so this was kind of entertaining its baseball except with frogs lol, some added backrounds would have been nice, more different variation of the frogs would have been good too, but regardless this was actually a fun game here, hope you make more like this sometime.

Another additively random idea done well! Or at least: the idea. The execution it... well it's just really really hard to actually hit those frogs!!! Feels like the timing could be better polished. Otherwise all good fun. Simple timewaster with creative twist.

Yeah, I can see why you guys switched to cartoons later. This didn't have much detail and doesn't seem to hold up well. I was quite surprised at how bad I was at it. It did manage to motivate me to keep on playing and it is satisfying when you finally get to hit a frog. The trick is usually to do it right before they jump. It's pretty much impossible for me to get it right every time.

There coul dhave been some more shadings and colors in this. It just came off as too bland. The sounds weren't bad and everything did seem to sync up pretty well. It does seem like you're just being mean to frogs. Then again, what have frogs ever done for me?

This game simply felt faulty. The likeliness of hitting the frogs, no matter the timing, was small. There was no variation to the batters swing, or options for power or speed, it made the game feel very forced, as if all lack of option had been taken away from the player.

The visuals were horrible, static lined block figures swinging and jumping. There wasn't a smooth transition when bringing in new frogs to hit. Everything was repetitive.

There's no satisfaction in this game either. If you hit the frog once, you've done it one thousand times, really. There's no change in the gameplay depending on your success other than the end titles says your score is a little different.

I know this was made for 2002, but people knew how to draw back then too. This had little to no effort in it.
