What's with so many people blaming their crap flash on age? So it sucks...so what? Unless you really think this is the best you can do then your age has nothing to do with this flash.

Keep at it and you'll get better but don't try to excuse yourself for a lack of skill by using your age. It has nothing to do with it at all.
