A tip to skip pre-loader
A i have found it how to go further then the preloader, right-click with your mouse then under the name forward and ur past it:)

The light version has 4 weapons (1 is hidden).A fun little animation I made when I was 14.You take the role of a pity assassin who tries to kill the neighbour's dog. To skip the pre-loader right click and press "forward". In the "HQ" there is a secret weapon you can use.

...and if that doesn't work refresh the page and the game will play(after you've done the previous way).If that doesn't work too right-click press play :) With a good connection the game loads in 3-5 mins

I agree with IronGleet, i've been looking at this for half an hour. Get a new preloader.

I can't tell if its hanging or if I just gotta wait cause you got a crapass preloader...
but if I do gotta wait, its way too long...
