Lammmmmme
This is just something i made for fun. I really wanted to make a dress up game because it is easy and fun to make, so here it is. I know it isn't "Ultimate" but i am planning part 3, with 500 items!!! There is also part 2 with more items than this part. You can find it here on Newgrounds.

Srry friends, but i like this game!
Weeeeeelllllll......
Ok ok ok, Dress up games aren't front page material, so they aren't "OMG IM GONNA PLAY IT AGAIN!" stuff. so how do we improve on this?
pros-
-It works.
-It's original
-Your VERY imaginative
Cons-
-Put the clothing into sub folders(Clothes, then shorts/shirts/shoes. Weapons, then sabers/knives/ what ever)
-Actually use a Character or a drawn figure with limbs/not just a black line.
-Sound could be nice depending on the selection, looped too. not total quiet 2 mins into the flash.
-Up the Graphics if possible
All in all, make it different from other dress up games if your gonna do more of these, make it Unique(this is kinda Unique but not the "AMAZING" kind).
All right...
Personally, I'm not a fan of dress-up games, as they're boring and oft-times tedious, but you made a stick dress-up game...really?
I'm not going to be a dick and say that you suck, because you don't: You made the flash, it works, and it's not spam. What I will recommend is that you put more effort into it than just dragging clothes onto a stick figure.
Maybe make an anime character dress-up, or some other interesting cartoon character...hell, even one of the main Newgrounds characters would be neat.
You've got the ability, as we have seen, but let's see about getting that talent level worked up by putting on the elbow grease and really digging in: You'll never know how far you can go unless you shoot for the stars, right?
Not bad
As far as dress ups go. The only thing is that a lot of the clothing doesn't match up well with the base image. Make sure the edges are smooth and everything fits perfect next time. It makes it much more appealing.
