I don't know if there is special action script for this but i used on(press){gotoAndPlay(x)}
...
And used Fl studio to get the sounds and key images
(C:\Program Files\ Image-Line\Fl Studio 8\Artwork\Skins\Alternate Knobs.)
(Sounds were made on piano roll then saved...)
Well, Enjoy playing notes you will never hear on a real piano.:D

OMG I feel like such a moron!
This didn't even need action script...
I could've double clicked the button, and put the sound into the "down" frame
so you click and it doesn't even need a frame to load, 1 frame, no actionscript , Way shorter timeframe, I could've been done in 2-3 hours rather than 6!
Well I don't have time tonight, so I'll fix it tomorrow!
(yeah I went and used an individual frame for every sound, they could've been all in 1)
So now I might go insane, and maybe a little stupid from banging my head...
oh yeah and I figured out how to loop sound...
Maybe there is actionscript for that, but I don't know...
(I make a new layer, make a movie clip, double click, match number of frames with length of song,
PAIN IN THE ASS, but it works)
If you know actionscript for this, please tell me...

I really don't know, not 1 damn clue, there is actionscript for literally EVERYTHING, so obviously somebody knows and that person can be kind enough to tell me?

Well in my opinion, its good and its bad. The idea is there, but lacks... deffintion.
I only gave four stars because, I don't think its interactive enough, and it only plays a note for so long. Also a takes a moment for the note to acctually play.
Here is my advice. Talk experinced flash artists, talk to random flash artists, talk to musians, and ask thier advice, there is nothing wrong with that. I really like the idea, if you could get it so the notes on the piano keyboard on the screen, match with a typing keyboard, you would have an instant hit. I know it would instantly hit my favs because of my background in music, not only that but people like me who might need a piano music, but don't have an acctual piano would find this HELPFULL on so many levels. You could make others things like this, such as a synthasizer, that would be sweet.
Don't get discuraged. By critisims or bad reviews, keep working, your work shows promise. Send me a letter next time you put some work up.

that I was limited with the lag for the keys on the far right
glad you enjoyed...took me 6 hours to make... would've taken me 12 if I hadn't used
shortcut keys like F9 F6 F8...

OK it does but you have to hold down the key until the sound comes out(109frame movie, that goes back to 1 as soon as it loads x) just hold it down...
