Hi everyone, :)


This game is still in development, although this is not a demo.
The game has it's basics down so you can play it. The next update I plan on adding is going to be power-ups. :)

I added the new wall boundaries, it won't go off side on the right.
Music / FX added, with pause / play button on music. (Having problems with this right now...working on it)

Bland and overdone.

First, your angles are off. The ball should not bounce off of the paddle so strongly to the left. Second, every other bricks game has more bricks per level, to make it significantly more challenging. Third, because there are so many bricks games, for this one to stand out, you need to do something unique with it, not just make another clone. Create a theme, or a storyline, however silly it may be. Or at least give us something to look at in the background. But really, you have to fix your angles. It get's really frustrating when the ball bounces left off of the right side of the paddle.

Good effort, but some revisions needed

For the most part this was a pretty standard breakout game without too much to draw attention due in large part to the lack of targets per level. The only real technical complaint I have about this title is the fact that clicking to start a new level can send the ball dropping on the other side of the screen from your paddle with no chance of recovery. Because of its sub-standard attention to detail and ultimate lack of control I award this game 3 out of 10 panels broken.

It is possible to catch it,
if you bring the mouse over to the ball before you click, when you start the game the paddle will automatically move to the ball, thus saving you.

it needs work

you must add some music and make ball faster you also have to add something like bonuss
maybe this also need something like a theme(like undead, magic, tankmen or something...

Physics are fine, but it's a beta...

...and why the F*CK would you use click-and-drag for a "breakout" type game? ESPECIALLY without hiding the mouse? Sure, it's creative thinking, but it's also not as GOOD as the original.

So: improve the graphics, add the power-ups, use the keyboard control and you'll have... another breakout game. Whee.

ehh....

Good concept. It'd be a great game if it had better graphics, etc.
