I liked it but by the time i get to the first (mini) boss I'm near death

well thsi game was a good beginners game, nothign fancy. it looks good though, i even have a few ideas that can make it better

first off, scale the enimies down a bit along with ur own ship. the boss was jsut bout right size though. you should also add more types of enimies, maybe ones that shoot faster or have higher defense, or even stationary defenses that have high dfense but low attack.

u should add more power ups and make them look different from eachother, such as a bomb in a circle for a bomb power up. you could also add health packs throught the level or make the boss drop a health pack after you kill him.

another thing is the scenery, i know its a pain to get different sceneryin but it would make the game a whole lot more intresting. i know its called hill defender but add a daytime and nighttime type of thing or make different types of hill scenery. to help this i would add levels.

its not a bad game, i like it actually, but it could use a little work. such as sound, if u cant find any sound i can help you if u want, im an expert at finding things online if u cant find them in the usual place.

gets repetative

I think that this could become a better arcade style game with improvements on the background (instead of just hills and clouds) also the same enemies with the blue screen could use some more work. I also don't think I ever heard the music..

pretty basic.. nothing shiny,
doesnt look the best need more upgrades and better detail.
also please scale everything down 200% the ships are far to big by the time u see them on the screen u have little-no time to react before they are on u
