Not bad!

It helps that I like pool (in games and in real life of course) and there just do not seem to be many pool games here on Newgrounds to start with. You should have put a song in it, still. My other complaint is that the graphics do look kind of cheap for something that was made in 2009. You are still off to a good start if you intend to make more of these. I like games like this because they make little attempts to be flashy. It helps that there are so many of these balls around and so many combinations to knock them in.

Good system.

Good physics system you have in place. Collision detection is solid. If you added some sound fx's and music, you'd score much higher.

From a technical stand point, I find it impressive.

I think what I like most is the simple nature of this. Sure, the animations weren't amazing, but this game captures the basic concept, is smoothly done, and works as it should. Quite entertaining and a good time killer. I enjoyed it at least. Also, thank you for not using redundant and annoying looped music. Even without sound I can sit and play this, and if I honestly wanted music I could play songs I'd play on the jukebox at the pool hall.
