Sonic Boom Simulator: See how the sound barrier works! Models the sound waves in a jet at any speed.
Angle Caculator: A simple program that will show an angle, convert radians/degrees, and calculate slope.
Flash Cards: Make and save flash cards. Good for memorization.
Hangman: Make your own hangman game. This isn't a random generator though, so you'll need another person.

I like how you added some interesting ideas into this, although most of it I could have found in other places.
Lack of music and having it not very appeasing to the eyes definitely causes votes to dip, and although I understand it is a learning tool, you want people to enjoy it completely. Give it some originality, some personal touches!
Overall, its a nice idea, but pretty bland.

Bad animation and sound and dull backgrounds combined with boring but new game ideas = 2/10
