room for improvement
i like the story it was funny but you should defiantly work on the graphics
So if Resident Evil and Metal Gear Solid were clashed together, how would that make things??
More complicated? Easier ? ... Or just plain annoying?

Excellent
I feel sorry for people whose fandom goes way over the top and they get this idea that their pet artist should be the planet's sole producer of art.
Though Egoraptor's "Awesome" series sprung a new leak for the art form of making fun of video games, it's not the end-all-be-all, nor even the first to ever appear.
This cartoon is highly talented. I didn't for a moment feel like I was looking at schlock, that's for sure. Most of the artists on newgrounds aren't paid professionals. They don't have the time to produce the most babalicious artwork in every single frame or for every single object, or to always plot out the smoothest, coolest courses for the actors to take across the screen.
I remember when NewGrounds was edgy. Edginess doesn't really have time for perfection; it has a point to get across. I'd say this is an edgy cartoon in many ways, but it just saddens me that Final Fantasy characters are showing up to pledge the salvation and sanctity of their hero-artist when this artist obviously has enough merit to earn some attention of their own. Can't it be enough that someone's pet artists' art itself has become influential across genres? Do they need little heelnipping dogs to go out and grease off on the other artists? If another artist got more attention, would that fan just go on, go ahead, go out and shoot theirself in the head? Fuck, that rhymed! SWEET
Anyways, it's a hilarious cartoon, serious LOLS over the mashup consequences.
Love your comment :)
very very touched lol.. im thinking of making more stuff in this
similar 'cheapy drawn' style lol.. its not perfect ... but i just want it to look funny.
review
initial impression was the beginning wasn't very good, though it had its moments of genius as it went along.
Hmm.. What can I say...
I can see that most of this was influenced by Egoraptor's form of style. This is something that we see on NG quite a lot, and I'm afraid that the only person capable of the pulling it off is the main man himself. And there are several reasons for this. First of all, Egoraptor has his own original drawing style. People sometimes try to copy this, but never get it right. The other reason is I see many people use their own artwork, but use Egoraptor's form of humour. This also does not work well, because it is rather easy to pick out the Egoraptor-ism's (I think I just invented a new word, someone write that down) from the original jokes that an author has made himself. With that in mind, im afraid there is little I can say for the animation concept.
Moving on to the quality of the animation as a whole, there are several problems with this. The first I can see is that it seems that you have transposed this animation from another program into flash, or something like that, which has caused a pixelated image. This makes people concentrate more on the bad animation and less on the humour you have included in the actual storyline. This is a golden rule that you must follow: Use a good image if you want people to concentrate on what's actually going on.
As well as the picture being bad in general, the drawing's weren't great either. I don't know if this was an attempt to copy the "draw up in 5 minutes" style that Egoraptor uses in his early years, or that you just couldn't be bothered. The difference between you doing it and him doing it is that Egoraptor does it deliberately to add extra humour to his animation. Even still, I do truly believe that better drawn animations make better animation in general.
And finally there is the sound. Basically it was low quality, other than the music that was ripped from here-and-there on the internet. When recording voices, it is usually best to invest in a good microphone, otherwise, like the drawings, it removes interest from the storyline.
The top tip I can give you is that if you want to make a flash animation, actually make it in flash, or at least an Adobe product, so that it converts properly. Otherwise you are sacrificing an important element, which is quality.
Animation - Not great. Improve your drawing.
Sound - Not great. A better microphone makes all the difference.
Concept - Not fresh.
I think this is a great review..
Give me some credit man i mean this is MY FIRST EVER attempt to do anything like this..
yeah i wuld do an actual flash if i had a flash programme, which i dont..
But if thats wot u want, its wot u'll get :) /
..as for the drawings, thats just how i draw things...
Egoraptors a genius, but im not trying to copy him.
I guess not everyone can afford Flash MX
Ha what did you animate this on, some movie clip/gif maker? then exported it to swf?
Beside from the low quality and the re-loop caused by your software it was a good fun little cartoon, I'd totally play a zombie game with MGS tech and controls. Stick at it.
