I guess this is my first flash submission, nothing too important, just an ad I made for the ad making contest...... I'm working on a real animation that I'll finish in a month or two, I'm also working on a game for the power of 3, so check out my NewGrounds page for more info......

I like the idea and the style of this animation. Yeah, just change the your to "you're" like everybody said, also a bit of colour would be cool, Like colour the background or make the newgrounds store part stand out more. I still like the pencil-like style of the animation too. My favourite part is when it shows the tankman with the NG T-shirt on.
As for that review by "Deomas". I don't think he read Tom's post, I think the "our" should be kept there.

I like it! Only thing I would suggest, is changing the "Your" to "You're", other than that, looks damn good!

Appealing
The idea is cute, and the graphics are appealing. I still have two suggestions:
1. It's misleading that you talk about "our" advertisement. The ads come from other sides and are only shown here. If you're intended to ad it on other pages, e.g., you own homepage, noone would understand that you talk about newgrounds.
2. I don't understand how the NG-store helps to block ads. i think the store rather supports NG and therefore the quality of the games.

Not bad
The animation on the guys is rather fluent, and I like that. But it certainly lacks colours.
