Sound quality is ear disturbing, there is too much hiss, design is very simple, and cutting out pieces of images and moving them around the screen is not called animation. You need to find a better subject as well, your jokes were not entertaining.

The random penis-for-an-arm is a bit unnecessary. The voice work is far too loud and distorted. Constant name-calling is not a good substitute for actual comedy. Try developing this a little more and not resorting to screaming obscenities into a microphone
