you obviously need work, but it was not a bad try.
things to fix: animation, lip syncing, timing, originality, and amount of animation.
you using 30 fps?
because this looks like 24 fps syncing. if not then I suggest try to sync it better and maybe more detail the video because it was pretty bland. Anyway it is what it is and it isn't horrible, just could be better.

It's really 13fps, originally 14.
It's my first one, so I'll remake this later in life.

The lip synching works better if you set it to stream in the audio properties.

No, It ends up sounding like a badly recorded song, and ends right when the lip syncing starts.
