This is the beginning of Volume 2 of Vice Faction. Episode 13 I kind of have the volumes divided up by major events, or something like that. Just like the last volume built up to the big fight with Gene Maverick, this one will build to something as well as each of the following volumes. I'd also like to thank D-Mac for the Voice Directing and also thank the VAs for this episode. Also thanks to JL for writing the two songs used in this episode.

Good work, its been so long I actually forgot about this ep. But it was good to see it again dubbed. So keep up the good work, hopefully my future animation will be something worth watching, eh whenever I get free time to work on it lol.

I always love seeing people still trying to do serious animations with good stories...with most vids i check out, i have a hard time makin it to the end...but with this, the story kept me in till the finish, so im excited to see where this goes.
my one thing of advice was that, at the beginning peoples names went before the spoke. and then later that just dropped out...so just keep that consistent....
like the " brian: blah blah blah"...u know?

Good, but not all that...
The animation's alright but the lip sync isn't very good. I didn't really get the storyline, but that's what you'd expect from someone who hasn't watched the first twelve episodes. Average - 6 / 10
