I liked it. It was new and different and i liked the j-pop and i think there were a couple of mis translations in the subs. but its all good the animation could of been a lil better but other than that it was good

I understand how you may feel. You are not that great of an artist but you can get there!
just keep trying
My advise is to start tracing what you see on animes. Redraw that and edit it into what you want your characters to look like!
And move on from there

Well done.
The art style is very simple, but it's obvious you put a fair bit of effort into the piece. I didn't personally dig the song much(not a huge fan of j-pop any more than Ameircan pop, though I can take it in small doses), but you weren't making this piece for me, you were making it for your friend.
All in all, there's not a lot of genuinely negative things I could say about it.
