The Sleeper must awaken
Nice. Its been a long time since I've seen anything Dune realted done in flash. The music seemed to go with it perfectly, Toto music would have worked to like, but like you said better than stealing.
EDITED @ 28-09-2011
Here it is in its original size and glory! No more conversion or compression. Just pure Flash.
A few minor improvements were made, some scenes that were a little chaotic now are simplified.

I want to ride a sandworm!
That was pretty badass. Definitely a worthy homage to one of my favorite movies of all time! Animation was pretty slick, and the music fit pretty well. It reminded me of the music from old Dune game from like....1991 I think. Damn, has it been that long? I'm getting old!
Anyway, Great Job!

Surreal
Music wasn't the best but I loved the feel of the animation. It was strange but in a good way. For once, the fact that I didn't know what was going on didn't make me want to rip my hair out. Just telling us that what we're seeing are "visions" puts me at ease I suppose. Good stuff.
