What was going on with the ninja and leprichan?
The scream was funny at first but got old quickly. I think with some polish and some editing this could be a decent flash. It would have been funnier if the death was a surprise also. Overall keep animating, good job.
Too much tweening
You need to lay off the tweens sometimes, your text and characters just kind of warped into the stage. For a first time submission it's not bad looking but the tweening needs to be cut down a little or done better so it can be more natural.
