The Prodigal Son

The parable of the Prodigal Son with a bunch of random things thrown in.

This was originally a video for my Theology class without the color. The color helped. A lot. And so did the actual movement of the mouths. That helped too.

Well... enjoy as best as you can.

Excellent movie, but...

I wanted to hear that part D = XDDDD Awesome job! Keep it up! ^_^

supersysscvi responds:

Ah, well, thanks much!

It was good :D

I thought it was funny and good, THOUGH the singing was really getting on my nerves ._. I hope you make more like this! (though without the singing :P)

supersysscvi responds:

Heh, alright, I'll remember to hack out such songs in later animations.

LOL "welcome to goodburger"

the singing part was annooying, and animation was a bit crude. But it was funny

supersysscvi responds:

Hm, I'll keep working on it then. Thanks much.

I didn't like it.

I'm not sure if it was the brutal song, or the lack of humor, but the random edge thrown in really made for a nerve-grating watch.

These elements, combined with this headache I now have totally masked whatever concept you were trying to run with here.

I'd suggest minimizing the confusing elements as much as you can, to get your message across.

However, I give you points for correct volume usage, and effective animation. I'd advise working with a writer to better organize your thoughts and add detail to your future movies.

supersysscvi responds:

Hm, minimizing confusing elements to get my message across? Huh. There was no real point to this animation other than "make a long enough animation to get a good grade". And to that aspect, it was a success.

It doesn't make a good message, though. No, not a good message...

Hm, thanks for the advice. Thanks much for it, actually. Very constructive... and applicable.
