I'm currently working with flash for the purpose of anime too, though I want to get like really really good before uploading anything so my first work'll be a masterpiece (it's arogance, I know)
I can clearly see on of the mistakes I used to make, you should relly less on the brush and more on the pen tool, if used right it really brings lots of easy ways for shapes used in anime
still, I hope you keep it up this way, atleast you've got the guts to upload it
