Stop stealing from Tohokingdom.

As a fan of the Big G since I was 3...

No. Just no. This wasn't really funny. Donald Trump's Hair cracked a smile, but that was it. The only TRULY funny thing was the reference to the suit mix up of Destroy All Monsters (Gorosaurus attacking Paris instead of Baragon). Other than that, I've seen better-drawn humans, and the only decently drawn thing in the whole animation was Anguiras. Sorry, dude. I'm a Gojira fan, but this just doesn't live up to his standard.

Just awful

It isn't funny nor is it insightful. The bombastic speech by Godzilla was not even close to funny - I can understand the humor you're trying to communicate: A scary monster that's actually good and educated (kinda stole it from Spongebob there). I couldn't follow the list of cities; I don't know if I was supposed to.

The drawing of the Asian guy wasn't bad, but it's painfully obvious that you do not know how to animate. The only animation I saw was the lips moving and that one monster changing positions. The animation of Godzilla's mouth was annoyingly bad.

Moreover, you need to work on the animation - voiceover line; I could tell the guy was just opening and closing his mouth at set intervals. Of course, this is annoyingly tedious so it's not that big of a deal: It would certainly be impressing though, and since it's the only decent animation you have in the flash, you should improve it. At the very least, have his mouth open when he's talking and closed when he's not.

Here's some good points:
Like I said, the drawing of the Asian guy was pretty good, and the animation of his mouth was OK. I liked the spotty effect of old-film movies. I also liked the background of the Asian Guy and the animation on the mirror is fairly well done. The drawings of the monsters themselves were pretty decent, except for Godzilla.
