you're getting kinda better, but again, GET SOME EFFORT. if you did a more thought through movie and used some time to make something similar to f.eks: eddsworld you'd be on the frontpage in no time.

Thanks for the comment(s) I am starting a new program with my art. and I know that my art resembles eddsworld but he was my "first" inspiration to animating so soon my characters may alter abit. But I am glad that I am getting alittle bit better at animating thanks to some tips.

was the first two scenes tom cruise related? I was confused if there was supposed to be a theme or just random clips.
Tip
dont use moviemaker to make titles or credits, use flash itself. By the looks of it, u dunt understand what that program is capable of yet, HELL I STILL DONT KNOW ALL IT CAN DO, but there's still some basics that need to be covered.

May I suggest onion skins and move *slightly* each time
That is how a good flash is made
Takes more time, comes out a ton better
Same concept used too much
Try and use variation, all of these was
Innocent, then afraid/dead
Maybe 1 of those and then something else that is a spin from an old 8 bit game
