a good start
nifty little project. the "scratchy" feel worked as you thought it might.
once you develop a storyline and expand your film repertoire,
i can see you doing some really good stuff
This is my finished animation for a project in college. The aim was to bring an inanimate object to life, I went with my drawing pen because its probably my favourite thing to draw with. I went with a scratchy look because I thought it brung a little more life to the whole thing.
The whole thing is keyframe animated except from a couple of fades
The song used is Charlotte Mittnacht by DeVotchKa

10 points for using the word "brung"
well done for that. i understood what you meant. i would have originally given this about 8 points personally, for art, style, ideas and a great choice of music. but then i noticed that "one" mistake too... and felt their was an inbalance in the portal. so i simply brought it back up again with + 2 points. so well earned 10 and 5/5
Ah seems you are the stalagmite to the other guys stalactite. Ho ho ho har har har...
Whats with the word anyway? It's quite commonly used where I'm from and it's in the dictionary - it's legitimate people!
Nice
Nice idea and beautiful graphic
nice
this looks a bit like the thing with the hands from
M.C. Escher
great concept!!!
I really like how that infinite loop is represented here. This is truly considered art.
The scratchy look does indeed give this more character.
