This is a thing I made on goanimate.com I made it out of Street fighter things..all my previous...submissions were failures..but dont blame this..it took time. Balrog gets Drunk, And Guile is about to Arrest him..Cops pt 2 coming soon. If you want to learn the art of goanimate..learn from alvin and Ill tell you how to convert it to avi then .swf or flash...Just ask. I hope you enjoy. Its Real short.

Thanks...Unlike the first two reviews...it hurt...But thanks to you...But the second one has been made..its not one minute...but however..the THIRD one I make will be one minute. I promise...I tried to fit a new animation that was a minute and....6 seconds...in Newgrounds..it almost exceeded 10 MB...so it may be hard. But I aim to please.

Needs a lot of work
First of all, there was a dripping sound behind the bad voice acting and the sound of the microphone being handled. Also, the animation was smooth but there was
(quote from the reviewer below me) "boxy shit" behind it all. work on the voices so that they don't all sound the same.

The fact is that I didnt make it choppy myself. It was a laptop mic and camstudio was being an ass. It changed the avi to flash and it ended up like that. I didnt know it would become choppy till i played it in newgrounds...If you want a better view go to youtube then look up the user dangerdantheone and look at cops 1 and 2. Again, it wasn't my fault..first video..give me a break.
