Listen, kid, on the net, as far as this stuff goes, age doesn't matter. The younger generation should be learning all this stuff faster than us old farts. So don't use your age as an excuse. Just simply say that you're new to flash.
I agree with Hydaulic below me for the most part. If you have a sound editor you can raise or lower voices.
Try looking on the web for some tips on flash, there's lots of flash tuts here on NG.

I know its a rough draft but... ugh the voices the animation I would have given this a zero but seeing as it is a ROUGH DRAFT I will give it a 2, get voice actors, brush up on animation and put some points into your comedy skill :P
