How long is a long time?
In terms of animation, I'd say a long time was at least 3 months.
I understand that it was made for someones birthday, which is why I'm rating 3 and not 0. There's not much to look at here. I've seen more animation in power point presentations.

But this flash totally sucked.
Points for Improvement:
1. Animation - make it better by actually making the movement more realistic. (The dog was levitating)
2. Drawing - it was horrible, you could add color and just, draw better!
3. Length - you claim to have spent a long time on it, and I believe that but you could have took more time made it longer and better.
3 for actually being able to make flash. :)
