This is part of a 24 webisode webtoon series called Maximum Band at stunnedbunny.com. It's an interactive webtoon but the interactivity is more of a comic device. It's also designed as an animatic at 12 frames per second to keep file size down. The whole concept was built using trained animators and professional comedic scriptwriters. It's a webtoon, made for the web, not for wannabe TV.
