The only reason it's not a ten, is beacuse it diserves to be alot longer.

ok, needs a preloader, the music from the first run through doesn't stop at the end of the animtaion, meaning if you watch it a few times you get the maddening sounds of the same song being played over itself, it was pretty short, and could have gone with more general fighting instead of jumping to DBZ combat.
Now for the good news, the action was fast paced, its great to see a different link sprite every once in a while and the soundtrack (first play only) was rather fitting.

Pretty good.
The animation it self was great. And the sounds were good, but not the music. You need to make it from Event to stream.
Make a preloader, and a replay button.
Otherwise, I liked it.
