As far as tutorials go this was poor. all the information you gave was simply common sense. try focusing more on things animators actually have trouble with like keeping motion natural.

OK, its a walk cycle, yes, but it is far from a tutorial, in fact its nothing like a tutorial.
Graphics good, music ok, tutorial not.
