it was sorta meh until the last guy. i chuckled a bit for the layer thing. you need to practise your animation to bring your humor alive better. you could voice act yourself if you have a mic. this is better than my first flash for sure. (you can go to my userpage an watch it for a bssic idea of what im talking about.)
yeah the first version was with voiceacting but my bad accent ruined it totally..

What kind of makes me curious, is to why so many people that watched the cliff (and the running tutorial), decide to make parodys :[.
Your animation isn't bad. But like many beginners, it lacks its true abilities. I would advise you to keep animating, and don't stop!
The more you animate, the better. You will become a pro. Trust me :].

I think you think thats my first ani..
but i animated before BUT with other programms like easytoon and pivot...
that was really crappy i got flash some weeks ago
and that was my first ani wich was longer than 10 seconds...

not bad fore you're first animation its good but you should up the frame rate a it and make it longer.
