Let me count the ways I hated this

There are SO many megaman (not to mention Sonic) sprite movies out there that the bar HAS to be higher than this. It's freaking 2009 and there has been quality megaman flash on NG for over 9 years now.
Let's start on which ways this was subpar:
No music. Megaman 2 had an awesome soundtrack and you didn't have any.
Sound effects? Sounds like they were from excitebike, not Megaman
Glitchy movements without animation for their movements. A 3 year old playing with paper cutouts could have done as good.
The background. First one wasn't from Megaman 2, and the hills that were done in 3 seconds using MS paint?
You didn't get blammed because people get wood when they see megaman 2 but you should have. This wasn't even your first flash so you REALLY should have known better.
I don't know what else to say, it plainly SUCKED!

i like it

i like it it needs some music man same with your megaman res one but i like it none the less i have all ways loved sprites from the days of sprite comics to the flashes of newgrounds and it pains me to think that sprites are going out so keep makeing these man and lets hope for a new wave of sprite flashes

it definately could have used music it was kinda boreing without it but other than that not bad

That was so short very short.

it's pretty nice

the sound effects and explosion tweens were nicely done,

-but this could have really used some music

-something to indicate movement when they are flying through the air on the cop car (like a passing cloud or something)

-a sound effect accompanying speech

also, this was really short! you look like you could make a really nice, longer flash movie. Go for it! make the sequel 3 times this long! if this flash doesn't do well today, combine it with the next portion and resubmit!
