i vote 9 because I am japanese, i can really understand what they are saying. The funny part is that they are saying things completely different then the subtitles. The floating heads or then guns aren't that humorous or cool, but i found everything else good.

How did this slip through the bamm 'o' tron?
1st, no background? How hard was it to just slap some kind of color up there?
2nd, I somehow miss the point how two floating heads are going to copulate, let alone work a video recorder.
3rd, it was way too short and I found nothing remotely humorous about it.
Look its simple, you take this flash back to the drawing board, you add some color maybe a wall, add some limbs to the people, the whole H*R physics don't always work. Maybe some other kind of dialog.
THEN resubmit it to NG.
Until then you get.

Kinda lame

It was way too short, kinda boring. Nothing really happened, and it wasn't that funny. It didn't look that great, and there wasn't a background. Not so good.
