This is just a practice animation I did to learn lipsynching. The girl in the animation's a shy lady named Tweet (my OC, I guess. created for the purpose of this animation)

You can clearly draw, and you can lip sync. I wouldn't call you a noob, considering you are not submitting a poorly drawn stick fight and telling everyone to vote 5. You probably just need to work on your actual animating. Any animator can always improve his/her work.

For a first try, it's not so bad..
I'm rating this for its value as practice.
The lip synching is pretty good, although not the greatest. For it to be better, I think there should be some evidence of the mouth actually opening. I didn't see any teeth or tongue movement, so that cheapened it a bit. My only other complaint is how short this is. Even if it IS just practice, that was barely a line. You drew that really nicely and I wouldn't mind seeing more of this. Nice job.

On the contrary, everyone here sucks. You only see the "fantabulous" people because the other losers get blammed. I'd say you're one of the fantabulous ones at this point. :)
