ok, not bad for lip syncing. for an animation though. this was a test which in my opinion needed to be blammed.

Here are some lip sync tips, I noticed that the lips moved towrds the right a bit, that is a big yet common mistake. You want a guide to better you chances of it staying in the spot without the shift.

Second, it was a little choppy. I suggest you increase the framerate and put a little more time and deail into the lips.

Third, did you tween anything? This question shouldnt be brought up. You never want to tween the mouths in such a low framerate. it looks unprofecional. BUT, in some cases you can get away with a little tweening, As long as it looks smooth and flows well.

Last, never use the same lip sequence twice, i noticed at the end you repeated a few frames, that is not a good thing, It can be the most important part to an animation so you cant get lazy on it.

I hope you found this review helpful. This was a posotive review, i gave it a 1 simplly cause i just dont belive in test animations. I want the real thing.

Great work, hardly any shrinking, although I guessed you noticed your mouth moved across lol

The voice was tidy and looked good - i have a suggestion, more snappy movement in the accents on the important letters.

Noticed you used some cushioning movement like the slow parts of the speech, it works but its not consistant. apart from that, that was excellent.

Yuo spelled Sync Wrong.

Although the lip synchronization was okay, this was a rather boring and ill-presented flash. I wouldn't give it more than a three for effort. No humor, no other animation, etc. It was sub-par.

the sync was okay....but what do you expect releasing this? this belongs to the alpha forum or whatever. Not worth getting released on the portal
