I hate to be a tough critic . . .

I don't know how old you are, but making a flash animation as a design is uniquely cute. However, your animations and drawings are very basic. You could add in shading, which shouldn't take -too- long. This can be added for the flowers. I wasn't really expecting the sun to go through the clouds either. It's very short and plain, but this animation isn't meant to entertain us; just to put a smile on your parents' faces and let them remember why they're together for so long. If you can, play one of their favorite songs, or something they've danced to (but somehow be discreet about it if you choose to do so).

It was unbelievably funny. The thing is, I'm pretty sure the it was completely unintended. Some kind of epic fLail, perhaps.

add more to it, like more pictures of them doing different things etc i like the start tho

And there is few animations. So...more flowers, streamers etc + more animation
