I could understand what was being said, but I didn't find anything profound, new, or original with the content. So not bad, but not good either. Just average.

Animation: 1/10
I have no clue why Luigi was even in it when the song was about the Japanese people. Unless it's some kind of vague reference to the fact that Nintendo made him and they're a Japanese company. The whole epilepsy thing was thing was stupid.

Presentation: 1/10
I'd like to start with I understand your point and it's message. I'm also a firm believer in "Those who don't learn their history are doomed to repeat it." That being said, this as an animation was a waste of time, and I honestly looked away during the epilepsy and listened. This would have been better as an audio file.

Also, personally I feel that your message is old and tired. Yes, Americans put Japanese-Americans in internment camps. It didn't happen to you though. You have no memory of it. All it is to you and everyone else is history, let it remain that and quit trying to stir the pot of animosity. I think the dead horse probably wishes you'd stop beating it.
