You got the graphics right. Thats all I can really say, and you probably copied and pasted them from the looks of it.
The bullet animation is wrong. There should be a blast from the gun, and instead of showing the bulet moving in a crappy 2-3 frame movie tween, there should just be a thin white line.
the "speech" was a little crappy too. firstly speech shouldn't even be in madness. secondly there weren't even speechbubbles.
The only thing i think you put a bit of creativity into is the storyline... Madness movie's don't need creativity for story lines, its just death, and its the DEATH that needs creativity! there was only about a 4 second piece of animation that looked slightly cool enough to be madness, and thats not enough to qualify it.

I'm not going to draw a white line, It's a lot more fun, and easier to just draw spent rounds. Not white lines, I'd like to see you do some animation.

the madness style is one of those things that is pretty easy to animate. You skills with other things in the movie shows that u can definetly make the peoples feet move

It seems from your response and comment that ou really tried hard on this flash so thats why i gave youe 9 out of 10. If you listen to MrBibins you should be able to make it much more smoother... i can't wait to see your next one... keep it up practice makes perfect
lacks the madness flow
krinkles animates at over twenty frames a second and uses onion skinning. You need it in order to have comparable work, Another thing is transitions, Madness movies should always have a transition to black. you should have submitted the first second, and third parts all as one, the movies are too short. Camera work is also important, zoom in on faces and give hand gestures during face off's. You can do it, it just takes a LOT of work
