Smooth, stylish animation.
Easy on the eyes, easy to use and informative, would be good for kids with the humour and all.
There's a part where the lips move on the chap, but there's no sound. Intentional?
Either way, a pretty good beginners flash I must say.
Should have stayed in your civics class
It's clear that some effort went into this (particularly the buttons/ sound effects and art) but I don't see any reason for this to be on the internet. School presentations don't really fit under the group "entertainment" except maybe for a programming class.
Also I have to tell you that the voice acting was just bad. I doubt that was part of your grade, but it's really annoying none the less. Text to speech engines sound better than your voice, I'm sorry to say.
