You have got the animation done pretty well and for that I congratulate you. Hopefully you will continue to pursue making madness flash videos or just flash videos in genereal.
So far you have a good start.
P.S. You probably now this already but your audio was off on that second gun fire.

yuh, that was kinda made in flash mx and i was all blue balled over a computer problem

better than most, but not great
use a higher frame rate, such as 24. the default 12 FPS is horribly choppy, and 24 is a lot easier to work with than some FPS. also you should work a little better on your humor, and bakcground as well as trying to uswe your own drawings. your own drawings usually look better and are more popular than sprites. unless you suck at drawing.
