Alright for a First
It is alright for a first animation, but no audio detracts from the feel of it. At least gibberish blabber would help it more while the characters are talking.
Well...
considering you do have some pretty smooth animation goin on there, maybe you should really take the time to put it to some real use. Like a story with a dialogue, learn about sounds, making mouths move when they talk etc. etc. it seems you really do have a lot of potential, and i insist you to really take some time and make a movie, because you deffinitly have the potential to be a really good flash artist.

Needs sound to be added to make it more interesting and mabey have the evil head crying as he runs away. I was hoping the good head would use the weapon as a bat and smack him in to the distance of the horizon. Well keep it up and hope to see your next piece of work.
