Well, I'm not sure how to describe this. I must say, I was very confused on the plot to this. I'd give a 7/10 for the animation, but the absence of an obvious plot makes me want to give it a lower score. Also, are you trying to say that Americans are assholes? Because I find that very offensive. Needs some work.
