Hm.
I will say that you have the art part of this down, but the music was so horrible that it brings this right down to a zero. I can't say much to help you improve on this other then to not post this simply because the year is about to end and you want something in, develop a longer animation, cut the crappy music, and possibly tweak the character's lip synching a bit.
Oh, and it was a nice touch to use the tweening option to make the eight circles switch colors, it's a simple and trippy effect that can save things from being immediately blamed, which it might just barely do here.

You did a great job with the colors, I also liked how the faces became eyes....very strange, but good. The only problem I had would be that your singer didn't exactly move his lips...he just had a mouth moving up and down, it's not terrible, but you need to give your mouth more character. A mouth should be a character of its own, so that the person watching can read the lips of the person. Very good job though. Keep up the great work :)

that was strange
some of the drawings were nice, but it had no story or great animation in it and the music was horrible.
