The first part was very well done, and great animation.
The end kinda made it sad though, after the slightly funny.

Dude, that caught me by surprise.
The animation was pretty clean, and the audio was synced nicely, as well. The "earlier" scene could've been a little longer, but you made up for it with the nice bit of information at the end.
