I'll give it a 9/10 cause I know its hard to use that program but you have gotten use to it. And I love the DBZ sounds they sound great. Just keep trying and like make another one of the Revenge 2 or something and add more frames to make it smoother and take your time. It doesn't have to be done over-night, it has to make people want to expect something from you again and again... Nice try..

Not very good...

Sure the artwork looked a little amature, you had couple parts where you showed some half decent talent. But for the most part, it was pretty bad dude.
Action was boring. Not fun to watch, not smooth at all.
The worst part, for future refrence was the music. I thought this was supposed to be an actual joke, the music did not help my feelings.
Put a little more thought into it, at lest some type of build up. Dont have your hero hopping from ssj 3 to 2 to 3 again, without some indication as to why he's doing it.

But i mean for a flash, its def not upper tier work, but not a bad start. Pretty sure iv seen a lot worse.

good idea for aflash, although i think alot of it could be better. the main thing was just the animation, the heads were to big for the bodies sometimes, the arms were drawn to small for the bodies, although i did like the little thing where they went really fast and there were a buch of lines where they were, i think you should make the lines move more and there be less and it would rock. good job dude, youre doin great

Fairly decent.

Nice use of filters, but the artwork looked very amateur and took away from the mood. The angles used were also uninteresting. If you made it better, ie, not a stick movie, I think you could get a better score.
