Slow Down

There appears to be slow down in that Super Sonic Tumbling Scene, this may be due to a highish quality image in the background, which there is no need for, If your making a sprite movie I advice making your backgrounds in MS Paint to retain the pixel effect, or simply use some from the games and edit them within.

Also your pacing is way off, draw a graph on a piece of paper and see how the action is spread out in your movie with high action being peaks in it, low action being huge dips and anything in between. This graph can help you realise and fix your pacing issues
