Hi First post WOOP WOOP. All that stuff. Anyway plz rate and can some one send me the link to a gd tutorial to get a preloader or tell me how and how to stop my animations looping thanks XD.

Not bad at all.
On the last frame-
Go into the Actionscript tab, then open the Global functions tab on the left. Then click Timeline controls. Then double click Stop. That should stop your Flash from looping.
I suggets putting ease on the tweens for the Sniper Rifle part. Do this by selecting a frame in the tween, opening the Properties tab at the bottom, and sliding the slider. This slows down and speeds up the tweens at the start and finish. Slide up for slow, down for fast. 'Kay?
